We leave tomorrow. We are all so excited!!!!
Yesterday we met at church and were surrounded by the people who support us most. We prayed, cried, got excited and divided up our 16 suit cases.
We get on the plane tomorrow at 6:40 a.m. Pray for our flights, our entry into Guatemala City and pray that our team melds as one. God has truly called us all together, pray for unity, grace, humility and love.
Thank you all for your love and support.

8 members of Westwood Church are going to Anitgua, Guatemala to work with 4 orphanages and 1 village. We are focusing on creating relationships with the children of Guatemala. Spreading the work of the Gospel and Jesus' love for everyone!

We would love all of you to pray for us as we venture on our journey. We have all felt called to go on this journey and we belive that each journey we go on is better traveled when it is paved with prayer. This is our prayer list. Thank you for praying for us.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "here am I, Send me." Isaiah 6:8

our travels
our impact on this community
our hearts as we go into situations that are riddled with poverty, abuse and neglect.
our tongues are we face these situations
give us grace and mercy
help the language barrier...none of us speak Spanish
give us energy and strength on the long days of work
the people of Guatemala
the children of Guatemala
safety
change...in our hearts...in these situations....in our lives
protection against spirtual attack
team unity
